The Leadership of River of Life Family Church consists of 3 full-time pastors and their wives.

A group of other Elders making up the Pastoral Team. This team assists with the pastoral care in the congregation as well as the decision making process and are also involved in various areas of ministry within the congregation

The church board assist the Pastors with financial management of the church.
